JOSEPH, HUSBAND OF MARY, santa monica ch "When I first entered this church a few months ago..on to Joseph..flowers in hands..no biblical reference..but a legend..when joseph was selected..group of men..all given a dry stick..the man whose stick that blossoms will be the husband of mary..joseph's stick bloomed..a lady told me abt praying for a husband..but didn't work..finally she took figurine of st. Joseph..threw it angrily..it hit man in head..bleeding..she went to help him..and a relationship began....they got married..righteous man.faithful man..gentle man.faith of abraham..jewish peopl muslims,,christians..all say abraham as father..good sacrifice..faith..enoch..never died.simply taken up. By faith..man...by faith..a gift of god..joseph had that deep faith..that's why his flower bloomed..carpenter..made sincere work ..hardworking man..place where st. Joseph worked..where he fetched water..can still see in nazareth....be faithful honest charitable.. 2 Sam 7.4-5, 12-14,16 "The Lord spoke to Nathan and said"Go, tell my servant David,'When your time comes and you rest with your ancestors, I will raise up your heir after you, sprung from your loins and I will make his kingdom firm.
